This Associate Application Manager of China Affiliate will be accountable for SAP system & other business application solutions.
Job Responsibilities: - Employ project management methodology and techniques in developing and managing project plans - Document business requirements; functional description and program specifications of the business solution, be able to provide training and testing documentation - Create and review detailed design specifications, test plans, and user documentation for functional and technical completeness - Support the execution of system test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of a system - He/ She also maintains contact with users to obtain feedback and assists with the resolution of issues - Provide Level II support of all modules; Consult and assist with Level I issue resolution as required - Be accountable, as part of the Global SAP team, for analyzing, designing, and resolving SAP issues raised via the helpdesk - Be able to manage small development tasks – Provide functional and configuration solutions in SAP and other APP - Ability to understand multiple business requirements from various business models and provide solutions - Possess strong coordination skills and a cooperative approach to problem-solving - Possess teamwork attitude, proactive and positive approach
Essential Skills: - Strong SAP knowledge and ability to configure most of the following areas: Full sales cycle, output determination, Rebates, pricing, Foreign trade, Intercompany trading, warehouse - Experience with FI, CO, MM, PU, and other models - Good understanding of inbound and outbound EDI & Idoc functions - Experience working with a multiple and formal change control process - Willingness to adhere to a standard, global template and maintain the consistency of the global process model - Ability to review functional and technical specifications and make recommendations for improvement prior to development - Proven full life cycle experience, Both Project and Application solutions provided to business requirements - Advanced problem-solving skills and solution development - Manage workshops and training with Business users - Manage and function well under tight timeframes - manage multiple priorities concurrently - Possess a disciplined approach and commitment to delivering on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Focused on exceeding customer expectations - Excellent and confident communicator with all levels of the business - Self-managing and a self-starter - Ability to interact strongly with the business, identify opportunities for improvement and drive change in the business - Fluent English language skills - Excellent presentation skills - Willingness and ability to travel between various locations if needed
