岗位职责: 1. Lead friction brake project NVH development including testing and simulation 2. Lead critical NVH issues PDCA process and activities (plan, define, check and actions) 3. Systematically improve NVH competence to customer acknowledged market leading position. 4. NVH big data and analysis by AI or various solutions. 5. NVH mehodology development. 任职要求: 1. Methodological competencies and skills about NVH Engineering for friction brakes. 2. Technological skills, knowledge and competencies about NVH phenomena in friction brakes (e.g. judder, squeal, train noise etc.), understanding of the physical mechanisms, knowledge about relevant design. 3. Technological knowledge about disc brake performance functions incl. understanding of physical mechanisms, capabilities, performance spread and variation as well as contributors, sensitivity of the impact of design parameters on brake performance functions and behavior. 4. Complex eigenvalue NVH simulation method. 5. Knowledge of friction couple (friction between brake pads and disc). 6. Structural problem solving. 7. English communication. 8. >5 years NVH development experience in friction brake of automotive industry. 9. At least 5 successfully completed projects NVH development. 10. At least 5 years experience in research and development.
