·02020202020202Lead the Finance Shared Service footprint expansion project for Purchase to Pay process.
·02020202020202Parallelly run the AP activities transfer projects for multiple BU/locations simultaneously.
·02020202020202Interview the internal clients, collect the business needs and pain points.
·02020202020202Transfer scope alignment and workload assessment, resource deployment
·02020202020202Document AP workflow and process in local plants and redesign the workflow and SOP for activities transferred from local to finance shared service
·02020202020202Internal control risk elimination and continuous productivity improvement
·02020202020202Knowledge transfer training and training to AP clients in local plants on the new procedures.
·02020202020202Monitor the project schedule, log the project & process issue, escalate, and follow up issues, work out solutions to remove the roadblock.
·02020202020202Coordinate with IT, HR to resolve the resource issue.
·02020202020202Close communicate with SSC leaders and BU leaders to provide timely updates on project status.
·02020202020202Work with FSS AP team to deliver the expected results.
·02020202020202Monitor project trial run before go live.
·02020202020202Go live communication and lessons learned
·02020202020202Complete and administer customer survey

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·02020202020202Bachelor/College degree in accounting or related major.
·02020202020202Above 8 years AP working experience with manufacture sites is preferred.
·02020202020202Project experience on finance shared service footprint expansion is a must.
·02020202020202SAP experience is a must.
·02020202020202Good English in both writing and speaking.
·02020202020202Proficiency with MS office, especially excel and PowerPoint.
·02020202020202Strong responsibility, team-work spirit and quick-learner
·02020202020202Result-oriented and process driven.
·02020202020202Strong capability to work under pressure.
