Responsibilities: 1. Create and maintain corporate IE standards: Capacity Planning Guideline, FOL Guideline and Ergo. Guideline, etc. 2. Responsible for long term capacity planning, space planning and plant layout 3. Identify, lead and coach IE related CIP projects like process lead time reduction, CT reduction, productivity improvement, quick changeover, lean line design, Ergo. optimization, Inventory reduction by stabilizing the process, etc. 4. Drive the value stream IEs’ competency improvement through training and improvement projects 5. Perform ergonomics check and provide proposed solutions in case deviations to guarantee comfortable and efficient station / line 6. Organize IE conference meeting in regular basis to share IE expertise and good practice 7. Support to organize System CIP workshop Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering or related 2. Work experience: more than 8 years IE experience with central IE management experience, preferably in an ETO or similar context 3. Skills requirements: 3.1 Expert in IE theory and method (ECRS, Ergo, Time Study, Standardized Work………) 3.2 Practical experience / knowhow of capacity planning, layout planning and familiar with CAD 3.3 Familiar with A3 logic and has CIP project leading and implementation experience 3.4 Understand VSM/VSD as a base 4. English: good English with reading, writing and speaking ability 5. Professional: Capacity Planning, Layout Planning with FOL (Flow Oriented Layout), Time Study, Lean Line Design, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly 6. Open mind with strong learning ability and growth mindset is essential 7. Teamwork, responsibility, professionalism, excellent communication, compliance with organizational management 8. Experience in assembly in the machinery and equipment manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, LED equipment, solar equipment industry is preferred. 9. Experience to apply for Lighthouse is a plus
