Responsibilities: 61 Ensuring the targets and goals are achieved in our well known existing segments. 61 Identify and contract incremental project segments for a newly build regional product portfolio. 61 Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly. 61 Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency. 61 Liaising with regional office reports, as well as closely communicating with corporate sales and marketing entities to synchronize corporate guidelines. 61 Recruiting and training additional staff (If any) 61 Managing local regulation with local authorities. 61 Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.
PROFILE 61 You have a commercial or technical background (university degree or experience equivalent to university degree). 61 You have a solid and successful sales experience, ideally within the building materials industry and with market leader brands. 61 You feel comfortable with working in a dynamic, target driven and multinational company. 61 You are familiar with (flooring) project business, have experience in innovative solutions and complex project management. 61 You have the ability to build trustful supplier/customer relations and you can handle major accounts. 61 You are a self-starter. You are used to work in a multitasking mode. 61 Fluent English is mandatory. 61 You are willing to travel intensively.
