KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 61 Lead and manage equipment projects within the UOP business unit 61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables 61 Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plan 61 Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones 61 Identify and mitigate project risks and issues 61 Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders 61 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and efficiency 61 Ensure project positive cashflow and all payments to be invoiced and collected timely 61 Build long term relationship with key customers and maintain high customer satisfaction during project execution YOU MUST HAVE 61 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 61 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Chemical industry equipment project management 61 Strong leadership and team management skills 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 61 Proven track record of successfully delivering equipment projects on time and within budget WE VALUE 61 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or A Construction Division 61 Experience in the refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries 61 Knowledge of UOP process technologies and equipment 61 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 61 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 61 Proficiency in MS office Suite(Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), MS Project 61 Being familiar with SAP functionality Additional Requirements 61 Travel required: 25%~35%
