In this role, you will:
1 Monitor and evaluate the market trend, competitor activities, customer needs, internal requirements and compliance requirements to initiate new investment product ideas
2 Research underlying assets or funds and assess product competitiveness to formulate specific product solutions to enhance HSBC PINB's product shelf
3 Cooperate closely with product providers to optimize time-to-market on new products
4 Manage product shelves and dynamically manage key products list for the best interest of customer.
5 Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the product shelf
6 Conduct income/cost analysis and monitor product performance
7 Provide trainings and contents to promote investment products
8 Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve product penetration

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1 Familiar with local and global investment market
2 Over 6 years banking industry, fund research, fund management or securities experience
3 University (BA) or (BS) or above
4 Obtained Fund Qualification from AMAC
5 Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
6 Strong knowledge of products such as Funds and Unit Trusts
7 Fluent in English and Mandarin
