1. Lead design and development of optical systems through optical modeling, characterization, parts selection, and design of experiments while working in close collaboration with electrical, mechanical, systems engineers and others.带领和负责系统光学设计和开发，按照根据科学仪器产品指标要求与电子、机械、系统团队完成光学系统建模、特征化、器件选型和仿真，通过公差分析，给出各光学元件的公差要求，与机械/机构工程师及供应商进行DFx分析，并进行相应的光学系统优化设计；
2. Optical systems will include lens, filters, splitter, digital sensors, optical fibers, diverse light sources and so on. Materials characterization, coating and related knowledge is required; 光学系统包括透镜、滤光片、分束器、光学传感器、光纤和各种光源，完成光学器件的选型和验证，确保满足产品性能和可靠性要求；
3. Propose innovative and creative optical technical solutions to make technical offer more competitive; 提出创新和有创造力的光学设计路线，确保从技术角度具有竞争力；
4. Develop specification and qualification plan for optical components and modules, interfacing with supplies to coordinate the optical parts prototyping, tooling, qualification and verification; 编写核心光学器件和模块的技术要求和验证计划，与供应商合作完成选型、打样、楷模和验证
5. Develop the fixtures and standard operating procedures for instrument alignment and calibration; 开发仪器光路调正和校准所需的工装夹具和作业指导文件；
6. Product prototype assemble and system testing, especially optical part; 光路模型早期搭建验证、工程样机装配和系统测试（特别是光学相关）；
7. Other duties as assigned 公司、部门会议决议或部门主管交办的其他事务

任职要求：
1. A Master’s degree or above in Optics, Electro-optics, or Physics with strong optics and fiber optics background, required with a minimum of 8 years working experience on optics/optoelectronics product development; 硕士研究生以上学历，光学、光电或物理学专业毕业，较强的物理光学和光纤光学背景，至少8年以上光学或光电产品开发经验。
2. Extensive knowledge and experience on design of illumination/beam shaper, imaging lens and system, and optical instrumentation and device， and at least 3 records of successful product developments and launch; 知识面广泛，具备至少3项光学照明、光束整形、成像和光学仪器设计开发并成功上市经验；
3. Expertise in use of optical design tools like Zemax, TracePro, OSLO and softwares like solidworks, AutoCAD; 精通Zemax, TracePro, OSLO等光学设计软件，熟悉机械设计软件，例如Solidworks, AutoCAD等；
4. Self-starter and capable of working with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task across multiple projects 自我驱动型，能独立工作，具备多任务处理能力；
5. Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues in optical design and product development; 具备解决复杂光学设计和产品开发中技术问题解决能力
6. Experience with analytical instrument industry, molecular spectrum related experience is plus 有分析仪器行业经验者优先考虑（特别是分析光谱产品）
7. Experience using Matlab, Labview, Python or similar for image processing and equipment control; 有Matlab，Python, Labview等图像处理软件；
