1. ERP System daily Support including trouble shooting and incident reporting.

2. ERP module rollout, optimization and upgrade assistance.
ERP模块上线，优化以及升级的支持。
3. Responsible for end user Training and new plant setup assistance.
负责终端用户的培训和新硬件设置搭建的支持。
4. Responsible for the daily support of key IT application systems and services.
负责核心IT业务系统服务的日常支持。


Job Requirements:
要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, Computer relevant specialty is preferred.
本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术等相关专业优先。
2. At least 2 years of experience in implementing and maintaining ERP system.
至少2年的ERP系统实施和维护经验。
3. Familiar with manufacturing\supply chain business processes, prefer to have knowledge of SAP or Oracle or related.
熟悉生产、供应链的业务流程，有SAP或Oracle以及其他相关ERP软件经验优先。
4. Good English communication skill both in Oral and Writing.
流利的英语口语和书写交流能力。
