Key Responsibilities:

1.Commodity manager to do sourcing, supplier development, pricing and T&C negotiation.
2.Enlarge local suppliers pool to fit demand (current source: USI AVL to extend Vietnam/SEA) .
3.Project management to increase new RFQ hit rate.
4.Conduct cost scrub for new RFQ & Quarterly RFQ.
5.Resolve critical material shortage.
6.Conduct synergy activities among parties internally in GROUP.

Experience or requirement:
1. Bachelor of Science, Business, Industrial Engineering or above.
2. 5+ years’ experience in commodity management/sourcing/pricing, having mechanical design/engineering background is preferred.
3. Ability to be innovative in supplier management and solution.
4. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills in supplier management and contract negotiation.
5. TOEIC : 700+ score.
