Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Support head of strategic program and team to enhance Route-To-Market (RTM) B2B and App functions and expand the reach of Goodyear mobile platform from current Goodyear tire retailers and build a critical mass of 25,000-30,000 retailers transacting directly with Goodyear in the next 5 years. Act as IT project manager and expert by bringing IT related knowledge, experience, initiatives with solid intake process and comprehensive ownership from plan, function development and implementation. Collaborate with IT team in APP function development after business requirements submission, and be responsible for end-to-end IT development process from business requirements communication till post-launch hyper-care to drive optimal working efficiency in IT part. Work as leader in 3rd party vendor management and be responsible for spending tracking and budget control. Partner with business project leaders in other China key via IT solution initiating, end-to-end IT development process implementing and overall IT structure alignment. Support Head of strategic program and join regular reviews for China's Strategic Program reviews with China and APEX SteerCo (AP President, AP CFO, AP Consumer PBU VP, and China MD) to report on progress, escalate issues and decisions in order to advance China Direct-to-retail business model and other key projects. Provide project management training and coaching to project team members to develop project management capability.
