The Opportunity:
- Perform daily operation with all the stakeholders. - Execute shipment operation in an effective way with SOP / instructions from business partners / account owners. - Work closely with operations, key accounts, procurement to ensure deliverables met with customer’s expectations. - Execute billing tasks in a timely and accurate way and coordinate with stakeholders for disputes to ensure AR timeliness. - Handle / assist claims raised by customer and coordinate exceptional cases. - Monitor job performance to ensure job quality and reflect irregularity if any.
What you’ll need to succeed: - College diploma holder or above. - Minimum 3-year experience of relevant customer service in freight forwarding industry. - Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office. - Proficiency in CargoWise1 is preferred.
