Job Responsibilities: 1. Supervise distribution channel organization. 2. Develop dealers’ contract in accordance with the company’s sales strategy. 3. Manage and coordinate sales activities of the distributors to provide sales support including product catalogue, customization solution, customer service and training as well. 4. Responsible for sales forecast, plans and budget on annual, quarterly and monthly basis. 5. Coordinate with Product Department to establish pricing, ensure product cost targets are achieved. 6. Responsible for project management of the distributor’s projects, cooperating with Project Department on the big and important projects to ensure successfully delivery of projects. 7. Coordinate with after sales dealer to increase recurring revenue, improve customer satisfaction. 8. Coordinate with relevant departments in developing products for the customers, technical matters solving, technical training. 9. Improve sales efficiency and key account management. 10. Maintain strong customer base and relation. 11. Others assigned by the company.
Position Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in channel sales, distributor management, business administration or other related fields. 2. Comply with professional ethics with integrity on dealing with business. 3. Good experience in sales, particularly in sales channel development. 4. Rich knowledge and experience of engineering project business would be desirable. 5. Know the similar products of competitors is plus. 6. Quick learning ability, familiarize yourself with various products ASAP. 7. Good responsibility, self-motivated to work effectively without direct supervision. 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Establish network with initiative. 10. Take working pressure, result-oriented and quick action. 11. Solid computer skills in Excel, Power Point and Word and other needed. 12. Good English competence in daily communication would be preferable. 13. Willing to travel extensively.
