General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 Follows OP IOP to ensure the smoothness of cargo movement. 按照操作规范要求完成货物顺利运输需要的相关操作 Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 Verify and optimize the client IOP from KAM. 明确操作要求,并能按需要提出优化意见。 Undertake PO follow up in compliance with client IOP and make response in timely manners. 负责跟进订单,能给出及时的信息更新。 On receiving pre-alert or pre-shipment info. initials the preparation and ensure the implementation of the operation for to-port/to-door term shipments, as per to FIA IOP and the relevant client IOP. 自收到货物预报或者启运信息后,及时与相关方联络,按照FIA IOP和相关客户的IOP 完成操作。 Lead and coordinate the communication between the client and PVG coordinators, for clearance issue and delivery arrangement. 就报关和送货,负责协调机场与客户之间的相关联系。 Conduct the sufficient communication with the overseas about the issue of both operation and accounting. 就操作或费用事宜,与海外进行有效沟通 Verify the costs from subcontractors, as per to the agreed rate, with high cost conscious. 按合同报价确认成本,作好成本控制。 Ensure the data quality in GEE/DTT. 保证系统数据正确及时录入。 Complete the report in line with the relevant client SOP. 按照操作要求,完成并及时提交相关报告。 Be help desk to answer operation questions from external and internal general customers. 就内外部客户的操作一般问题,进行答复。 Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents. 处理投诉、索赔和特殊意外事件。 Timely escalation the issue/problem to the relevant KAM/superior. 对于不能处理的事情,及时告知相关大客户经理,或向上级汇报。 Other tasks from the superior. 能完成其它临时指定事务。 Qualifications College graduate, major in related is preferable. 大专以上学历,物流相关专业优先考虑。
