Key Customers development in the south of China. To identify the top targeted customers within the region, to build the relationship with R&D, purchasing and all key decision makers, to win each of the project which our products have a good fit under those customers. 3. Strategic think to work with internal team and leverage the company resource to arrange all kinds of promotion activities which including customers visit, tech workshop/road show, meeting, earlier engaged or joint projects, partnership buildup etc to enhance customers relationship and lock down the project earlier. 4. Value selling think to identify the customer pains and to offer our product with our value rather than price. 5. Sales Operation 87 To work with customers on their production volume understand based on different model and configuration for precise forecast planning & delivery. 87 To manage and drive Disti to collect, register and monthly update the customer project completely, timely, correctly and precisely. To follow up those MUST-WIN project very closely to maek sure each of those project without any risk to lose. 87 To collect customers and competitors information in timely manner for bidding success. 87 To support company for payment collection Qualification: 1) Bachelor’s or master’s degree and majored in EE, data communication, computer etc 2) 5+ years Auto industrial sales experience on auto semi/elec-tier 1 products 3) Well established personal relationship with leading Auto customers and OEM like SAIC, GW, Chery, Geely, Changan, GAC, BYD etc as well emerging OEMs like NIO, Xiaopeng, Lixiang etc. 4) Strong ability to take great pressure, willing to travel through China.
