1. Responsible for sales in China 2. Work as commercial window to customers and distributors in the region, establish and maintain good relationship with customers 3. Responsible for negotiation of contracts, especially commercial terms with customers in the region such as price, payment term, warranty, warranty claim and etc.. 4. Responsible for annual sales plan and execution of the plan 5. Work closely with customer service team about demanding and forecasting process 6. Work closely with Marketing team to identify new opportunities to grow sales in the region 7. Work as liaison with customers on new project introduction 8. Work closely with Global account managers to share best practices, align strategies on global accounts and collaborate actions 9. Lead and support subordinate to reach sales goals
Requirements: 1. Hold high level of Integrity 2. Bachelor Degree above with Engineering background 3. Above 10 years sales experience, preferably with battery or related industries’ experience 4. Proficient in both spoken and written English language 5. Willing to travel frequently 6. Mature and be able to work with minimal guidance and supervision
