Introduce/present products in line with company standard to customers 根据公司的服务标准向客户介绍、展示商品 2.Focus on customer service quality and after sales service to customers 注重服务质量及商品售后服务 3.VIP maintenance VIP 客户维护 4.Daily stock-take execution and prevent stock loss 每日货品盘点及防止货物损失 5.Assist to maintain store clean, tidy and visual merchandising 帮助保持店内的清洁、整齐,做好商品的陈列展示 6.Standard grooming presented 保持符合公司标准的仪容仪表 7.Good communication with customers and store staff 与客户及同事进行良好的沟通 8.Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization 在公司内部构建跨部门的联系 9.Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time 完成其他临时交办的工作 PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS专业要求: 1.At least 2 years sales experiences in fashion retail industry, international luxury brand experience is a plus 两年以上时装零售经验,具备国际奢侈品牌经验者优先考虑 2.Good communication ability, presentation and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通能力,商品介绍能力及人际交往的技巧 3.Proficiency in computer operation 良好的计算机操作能力 4.Fluent Mandarin,English listening and speaking is a plus 普通话流利,英文听说者优先 PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS其他个人要求: 1.Service-oriented, dynamic, hardworking and willing to learn 有服务意识,有活力,工作勤奋,乐于学习 2.Self-motivated and result-driven 有上进心,注重结果 3.Service Oriented and Result Oriented 以服务为导向,以结果为导向 4.Strong implementation 高效的执行力 5.Perceptive insight 敏锐的洞察力
