Job Description 职位介绍:
Conduct market search for inguired products and reach out to the potential suppliers;
针对收到的询价产品进行市场搜索，并对潜在供应商做市场询价;
Information integration and provide written quotation materials;
信息整合并提供书面报价资料;
Purchase Order release and follow up to make sure on time delivery;
出具采购函并跟进准时交付;
Monitor whole order process from order placement to delivery completed, including pre-shipment samples reviews, order documents checking, monitor production schedule and inspection status from vendors, etc.
监测订单从下单到交付的过程，包括且不限于:发货前的样品检查，交货资料检查，生产进度监督及供应商订单检验情况:
Effectively manage purchased products, organize supplier information, and gradually form a supplier system;
对采购产品进行有效管理，整理供应商信息，逐步形成供应商体系;
Job Requirement 职位要求:·College degree or above, major in Global Trading, English or Mechanical Engineering
学历本科及以上，专业优先国际贸易、英语或机械工程
Good command of English both in spoken and written
熟练掌握口语及书面英语
Good office computer skills (Office/WPS), preferably be familiar with Whatsapp, Zoom.
熟练掌握 Office 办公软件，熟悉Whatsapp,zoom 软件优先。
Outgoing, with good social manners and can cope with unexpected situations with ease
性格外向、谈吐举止大方、情商高、应变能力强
Self-motivated & organized, detail-oriented, efficient and team spirit, full of responsibility.
