Job Description and Responsibility: This position will provide a key interface between the customers (molder/OEM/Distributors) and company to develop Celanese's EM business in the covered region. Set clear goals and objectives for distributors, drive business growth. Work closely with distributors, both base business and understand end market trends. Coach and collaborate with distributors to develop new customers in the region, meet pipeline targets and to move customer programs to commercialization. Deep dive to end market ,develop knowledge and insight of major competitive threats including competitor landscaping, market share analysis and competitive material’s attributes to specific applications. Distributor Management: 1) Able to drive distributor behaviors, on time reporting, resource build up, business rule implementation 2) Maximize value realization to company Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Good oral and written English Good mindset on distributor management. Accept frequent travel in Mainland China/*** Well chemical/plastic industry knowledge >10 years Strong business development with strategic thinking capability, good sense and ability to establish relationships with associated stakeholders internally and externally. Collaborative work effort as good team player, strong execution with agility, ownership to take challenge and determination to drive challenging result. Proactive, self-motivation to take the responsibility with strong problem solving skills and good influence skills.
