We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Maximise revenue, RORWA and customer value from French portfolio - Formulate and execute strategic plan and ROP Targets - Ensure good implementation of full relationship management strategy on the division's portfolio of core relationships - Actively cross sell a wide variety of commercial banking products and products of other functions within the HSBC Group - Increase HSBC brand recognition and make HSBC the leading foreign bank in the local place. The job holder is expected to represent HSBC in France and the wider business community for CMB - Assist the Head of international Business in managing, developing and growing the FIE portfolio, contribute to the strategy of being the Leading International Bank and support HSBC external marketing and internal events relating to China/HBCN
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- General banking experience with at least 8 years of credit exposure. - Thorough understanding of all commercial banking products and services, the credit assessment process, approval etc, with entrepreneurial bias. - Strong leadership and coaching skills. - Strong customer services and sales management skills. - Strong interpersonal, relationship development, influencing and negotiation skills - Business related degree and regulated sales professional qualification
