Responsible for new employee onboarding process, including registration procedures and preparation of labor contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other documents. Manage employee contract renewals, modifications, and terminations, handling related inquiries. Handle employee resignation procedures, including issuing and distributing resignation certificates. Maintain employee files (P-file and eFile) and archive room management. Manage employee time attendance data and provide monthly attendance reports. Assist in internal audit preparation and result follow-up. Assist employees in obtaining various certificates (e.g., employment certificate, income certificate), and handle signatures and seals. Support social insurance and housing fund-related businesses. Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, etc. Participate in or lead process improvement projects. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources or related fields. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources. Proactive attitude with excellent teamwork and customer-oriented mindset. Willing to learn and fast learner with strong motivation for self-development. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
