工作职责:
1. Responsible for the development of the business fields and reach the sales targets, include OI, sales, MC.
负责市场开发，完成销售目标，包括订单，销售收入，资金回笼。
2. Responsible for the co-ordination of projects in a certain market segment.
负责特定市场领域内各项目的协调工作。
3. Responsible for pre-acquisition measures (company & product presentations, influencing of specifications and commercial condition, etc) with end user and design institute,
负责和最终用户及设计院进行前期交流（包括公司及产品介绍，技术规范及商务条款等）。
4. Responsible for preparing commercial and technical offer.
负责项目的商务及技术报价。
5. Responsible for the contract commercial and technical negotiation and signature.
负责合同商务及技术谈判及签订。
6. Responsible for handling over commercially and technically clarified orders to the COP, and assist COP.
负责将商务合同及技术协议等下发合同所需的相关文件资料提供给合同执行，并协助合同执行。
7. Strictly follow the company each process and policy, take the main responsibility for the technical order specification.
严格遵守公司的各项流程和政策，特别是对合同技术条款负责。
任职资格:
1. Possess Tertiary Education in or above Mechanical Engineering(relevant), Intermediate and above qualifications for professional and technical positions
具有机械或水利机械专业（或相关的）本科及以上毕业学历
2. Over 2 years experience in Mechanical Engineering application or relevant working experience
具有2年以上机械类产品应用相关工作经历
3. Solid English bais, hole CET-4 certifiate or above.
具有良好的英文基础，英语四级及以上。
4. Solid computer basis, good command of office software operations, esp. Excel and PPT.
具有良好的计算机基础，熟练应用各办公软件，特别是Excel和PPT。
5. Effective self management including time management.
具有良好的自我管理，包括时间管理。
6. Good communication and coordination ability.
具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
7. Detail-focused, working carefully.
具有注重细节的习惯和仔细认真的工作态度。
