Job responsibilities: 1. Develop new OEM business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing OEM customers. 开发新的大客户商机,并维护好和现有大客户的关系。 2. Negotiate and close sales contracts with OEM customers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions. 与OEM客户谈判并签订销售合同,确保可行的条款和条件。 5. Provide after-sales support to OEM customers, including order follow-up, problem-solving, and product technical support. 为OEM客户提供售后支持,包括但不限于订单跟进、问题解决、产品技术支持等。 6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 与公司内部部门协作,确保订单高效完成以及保证良好的客户满意度。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Biology, Chemistry, Material or related field. 工商管理、生物、化学、材料等相关专业本科学历。 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in OEM sales or related field. 2年及以上大客户销售或相关领域经验。 3. Good understanding of the OEM industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. 对OEM行业有很好的了解,包括市场趋势、客户需求和竞争形势。 4. Excellent communication, negotiation skills to interact with OEM customers and other team members effectively. 优秀的沟通、谈判技巧,能与OEM客户和其他团队成员进行有效互动沟通。 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals. 能够独立工作,团队协作,以实现销售目标。 6. Strong learning ability, understanding and familiar with product related knowledge 学习能力强,能够快速理解并熟悉产品相关知识 7. Fluent in English is preferred. 英语流利。
