Job description:
1. At development stage; sourcing new suppliers if need, assist sourcing or buying departments to negotiate with new suppliers, explain to new suppliers for testing requirements, testing process and package details, etc., arrange factories technical and compliance audits for the intended suppliers. Experienced in detailed costing for apparel, bags & accessories.
2. At production stage, can manage critical path for production, can avoid the potential problems and solve the existed problems.
3. Pre-Production samples testing and production samples testing arrangements, testing results explanations for failed parts or deviations.
4. Good at independently checking /commenting on all samples before sending to customers .
5. Good at handling all daily details like translating TP and requests from sales/customer , make good and clear charts for inquiry and production to pass to suppliers /sales/customers.
6. Good at handling all daily packages dealing with, GS signed/stamped to suppliers and customers.
7. Good at effectively arranging and communicating all kinds of inspections /reports with QC department and suppliers.
8. Good communication skills internally and externally and closely follow company procedures like blockchain implementation on development and production .

Qualifications:
1. 10+ years merchandising working experiences or relative experiences in mainly apparels, bags, and other nonstandard accessories etc.
2. The major in textile degree is preferable. Major of international trade is secondary.
3. Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill.
4. Good at both spoken and written English is a must.
5. Good team player.
