* New product launch plan and promotional activities. * Create and recommend a clearly defined Long-term product and marketing strategies (3 – 5 years) for consumables to achieving overall business objectives. * Analyze market trends, customer insight, competition and policies' impacts to define business opportunities and recommend strategy changes when necessary based on the analysis and feedback; * Define, implement and evaluate the Annual Market Plan with details of Marketing Activities, Sales Target and Expense. Manage and control approved annual P&L budget; * Product life cycle management of responsible product/portfolio. Develop pricing structure. 5.Provide marketing/training support to the business team (sales, technical/clinical support and distributors). * Work closely with other internal teams i.e. regulatory and supply chain, etc. to drive cross function collaboration and leverage cross functional resources;

* Bachelor’s degree and above with medical related majors * More than 6 years’ experience in sales and marketing management in consumables.
