Main Responsibilities02 -02Work closely with account manager to create Edwards Value Selling Programmes02(EVSPs) for key customer -02Work with regional product managers and account team as appropriate to develop product value propositions, including cost of ownership modelling for individual products02 -02Prepare and deliver high quality, persuasive customer and internal communications in a clear, concise and structured manner0202 -02Deliver training programs to Edwards and customer personnel02 -02Collaborate with internal partners and colleagues to support cross-functional activities02 -02Lead key CIPs to improve the Customer degree of satisfaction Skills / Knowledge / Experience 13· Master Degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline. · At least 3 years’ experience in semiconductor process/field service/mechanical design roles; · Vacuum pump and process gas abatement knowledge is preferred. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English - written and verbal). · Achievement motivation · Impact and Influence · Information seeking · Flexibility · Strategy thinking
