职位总体目的(主要职责)
The IT BP for HR will act as the primary liaison between the IT office and the HR function, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with HR objectives and business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both IT and HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Based on IT and HR strategy to design and implement the HR related information systems.
岗位职责:
Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with both local & global HR leadership to understand their strategic objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to support those objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, providing guidance on IT solutions that enhance HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with HR teams to gather and document business requirements for new IT initiatives, system enhancements, and software implementations. Translate HR needs into technical specifications and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
Solution Design:
Partner with IT architects and developers to design and implement technology solutions that address HR requirements while adhering to IT standards and best practices. Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Project Management:
Lead IT projects related to HR systems and applications, from initiation through implementation and post-implementation support. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Vendor Management:
Evaluate third-party vendors and software solutions to support HR functions such as talent management, payroll, benefits administration, and employee self-service. Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure that vendor deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
Change Management:
Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new technology solutions within the HR department. Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to HR staff as they transition to new systems and processes.
Security:
Ensure that HR systems and applications comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, including data privacy laws and security requirements. Collaborate with IT security teams to implement appropriate controls and safeguards to protect sensitive HR information.


资历要求:
教育水平:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, HRIS) preferred.
相关领域工作经验:
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles with a focus on business partnering, project management, and solution delivery. Prior experience supporting HR systems and processes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including talent management, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to closure, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of relevant technology platforms and applications, such as HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), talent management systems, payroll software, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and security best practices relevant to HR systems and data.
语言水平:
- Proficient in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry.
能力要求:
- Pharma system knowledge, system integration, program management skills.
- Project management skills strong knowledge of process integration, Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, be proficient or fluent in English with listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
计算机水平:
- Proficient in DevOps
- Familiarity with HRIS management
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL querying.
