Translate HR needs into technical specifications and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs. Solution Design: Partner with IT architects and developers to design and implement technology solutions that address HR requirements while adhering to IT standards and best practices. Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals. Project Management: Lead IT projects related to HR systems and applications, from initiation through implementation and post-implementation support. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party vendors and software solutions to support HR functions such as talent management, payroll, benefits administration, and employee self-service. Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure that vendor deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations. Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new technology solutions within the HR department. Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to HR staff as they transition to new systems and processes. Security: Ensure that HR systems and applications comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, including data privacy laws and security requirements. Collaborate with IT security teams to implement appropriate controls and safeguards to protect sensitive HR information.
资历要求: 教育水平: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience supporting HR systems and processes is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including talent management, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. - Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to closure, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Knowledge of relevant technology platforms and applications, such as HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), talent management systems, payroll software, and reporting tools. - Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and security best practices relevant to HR systems and data. 语言水平: - Proficient in written and spoken English.
