Responsibilities:
- Support category sourcing projects and tendering activities
- Support to check Purchase Requests placement in SAP Ariba by business users, facilitate PO release to vendors and Goods Receipts. Provide frequent order status to the owner.
- SAP Data maintenance and delivery expediting and payment check etc
- Support vendor management activities
- Support APAC Operational Excellence Initiatives to drive all procurement related processes, frameworks and procedures directly or indirectly
- Regular internal communications to better understand the requirement and needs of each stakeholder
- Any ad hoc coming up

Skill & knowledge:
1、bachelor degree or above.
2、Knowledge on SAP Ariba, Jaggaer or comparable procurement tools preferred
3、Attention to detail with good organizing skills, able to work under pressure.
4、Fluent Chinese and English in both oral & writing is a must.
5、Knowledge in Japanese and Korea is a PLUS.
