1. Manage the assigned orders in good quality and efficient way. Complete the assigned orders with the correct and clear outcome by on-time delivery to meet the customer’s request. 2. Be familiar and carry out the daily work acc. to SOP for the assigned customers, and as a general rule the ISO/IEC 17025 must be complied. 3. Well-maintain and farming customers together with Sales and Business line. Increase the customer satisfaction with solution drive. 4. Have a good understanding of testing regulations and client’s protocol. Cowork with Global KAM to ensure new client onboard program smoothly. 5. Utilization of tools (e.g. BlueCore) for order management. 6. Keep the workplace tidy and well organized. 7. Teamwork, cooperation working with crossline. 8. Domestic and international travel as assigned. 9. Carry out other duties assigned by manager.
