为了实现我们的价值投资目标，艾想投资正在组建其“Lab II”团队，为初创企业和行业领先的企业集团提供以共同增长为重点的咨询服务。根据客户合作伙伴的发展阶段，我们提供战略咨询、高价值业务开发、业务创新/孵化等服务。在这个团队中，您将有机会参与为一系列面临真正增长机遇和挑战的企业提供解决方案并促进发展，完成从新兴公司到行业领先者的过程。虽然方案和指导是我们工作一部分，但我们的核心任务是产生切合实际的推动合作发展。
岗位职责
-业务发展支持：在BD过程中以各种方式协助项目负责人，包括但不限于文件/演讲准备、研究、协调等。
-项目规划、执行和协调：管理/参与项目范围设定，负责高质量的项目执行，与客户的日常协调和沟通，必要时寻找和管理第三方合作者。
-组织案例回顾：与总监共同设计项目回顾，分享和记录学习和见解。
-案例研究开发：构建并制作精心策划的Lab II项目案例研究；设计和举办分享会，向艾想团队展示和培训。
资质
这个职位的理想候选人必须具备很强的普通话沟通能力；英语相同者优先。此人还将：

Ideate Investments – Ideate Lab-II – Project Manager
The big picture
To fulfill our value investment objectives, Ideate is building out its “Lab-II” team to provide growth-focused consulting services to our ecosystem of startups & industry-leading conglomerates. Depending on our client partners’ stage of development, we provide services such as strategy consulting, high-value business development, business innovation/incubation and more. On this team, you will have the opportunity to participate in providing solutions to and influencing the development of a range of organisations, from pre-growth emergent companies to industry leaders, facing real growth challenges. While frameworks and guidelines are part of the work and toolkit we produce, our core operative (and what we will ask of you) is to deliver tangible impact.

Accountabilities
- Business development support: assist project leads in all manners during the BD process, including but not limited to document/pitch preparation, research, coordination etc.
- Project planning, execution and coordination: manage/participate in project scope setting, responsible for high-quality project execution, day-to-day coordination and communication with clients, and sourcing and managing third party collaborators when necessary.
- Organise case retrospectives: co-design project retrospectives with Director, sharing and recording learnings and insights.
- Case study development: structure & produce well thought-out case studies of Lab-II projects; design and run sharing sessions to showcase to and educate the Ideate team.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role must have strong communication skills in Mandarin Chinese; those with the same in English will be preferred. This individual will also:
- Be able to work independently and to work through uncertainty (sometimes it’s just part of the process)
- Be a problem solver with a keen ability to ‘frame’ problems & contribute fit-for-purpose ideas/solutions
- Be flexible & adaptable to change, creative, curious
- Be organized and detail-oriented, and have an eye for design/aesthetics
- Have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Hold a bachelor degree or above post-secondary education
- Have 2+ years of working experience
