职位概述 As a part of the global innovative project, T05V S05D is strengthening the team in China in field of HAD under the global strategy based on local markets need. This position is targeted to strengthen technical capabilities in automotive safety & security and support project implement for business development, enrich the current service portfolio and meet the BU Mobility Planning & Targets.
岗位职责 1. As a member of advisory team, collaborate with the HAD assessment team to provide technical advisory on customer related processes and technical solutions, and promote the delivery of HAD related technical consultants and certifications 作为咨询团队一员,与自动驾驶评估团队合作完成客户相关流程及技术方案的辅导工作,推进汽车安全相关技术顾问及认证交付工作 2. Manage and coordinate partner resources for consultant work, control the HAD advisory quality, identify and control risks in the delivery 管理和协调辅导工作的合作伙伴资源,把控自动驾驶相关领域辅导工作的总体质量,识别和控制辅导工作在交付过程中的风险 3. Collaborate with the HAD assessment team to complete pre-sales coordination work and develop consultant technical solutions 与安全评估团队协作,完成售前对接工作及顾问技术方案制定工作 4. Assist the cybersecurity knowledge system building for internal use; 与团队共同构建及维护安全知识体系 5. Other task assigned by manager. 完成汇报经理分配的其他任务 任职条件 1. Degree in Computer Science, Automotive or E&E Engineering, or equivalent. 计算机科学、汽车、电子电器工程或同等学历的学士学位; 2. At least 3 years' experience in automotive electronics or HAD functional safety, SOTIF and/or cyber security aspect. Consultant experience in automotive cybersecurity, functional safety and/or SOTIF would be plus. 至少3年汽车电子电器或自动驾驶功能安全、预期功能安全及(或)网络安全相关经验,在汽车网络安全、功能安全及(或)预期功能安全相关咨询经验是加分项 3. Experience in delivering 2 or more functional safety and/or SOTIF and/or cyber security projects, including management system establishing, safety and/or security related engineering, etc.; 具备2个或以上的功能安全、预期功能安全及(或)网络安全项目交付经验,需包括流程体系建设、功能安全及(或)网络安全工程落地等方面 4. Familiar with E/E architecture, safety and/or security method (e.g. TARA, HARA, Vulnerability Analysis, FMEA, DFMEA, STPA, CTA, etc.) and common cybersecurity, functional safety and SOTIF analysis methodology and mitigations; 熟悉整车电子电器架构,安全及(或)安保相关分析方法论(例如TARA, HARA, 脆弱性分析,FMEA, DFMEA,STPA,CTA等)及常见的网络安全、功能安全及预期功能安全的分析方法论和缓解措施 5. Experience in cybersecurity and/or functional safety standard and Best practice . e.g ISO21434, SAE J3061, EVITA, ENISA,NIST, ISO26262, ISO21448 etc.; 熟悉网络安全及(或)功能安全标准及***实践,例如ISO/SAE 21434、SAE J3061、EVITA、ENISA、NIST、ISO26262等 6. Strong communication and presentation skills; 较强的沟通和表达能力; 7. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
