MAIN PURPOSE:
Supporting the growth of the brand’s China E-commerce business, the Senior EC Marketing
Executive will be working in conjunction with local eCommerce and creative teams to develop China specially E-Commerce relevant content production.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
61 Be in charge of e-commerce content marketing budget plan & allocation and make every expense efficient
61 Performance marketing management - Lead in paid traffic efficiency tracking/ KPI analysis and provide regular EC ROI insights and actions for all EC Platforms.(eg. Tmall & JD & Website, etc.)
Internal cooperation - Work with brand EC team members to advise on marketing & operation excellence.
61 Digital assets creative, Livestreaming and Photo shooting – Leading ecommerce photo shooting /livestreaming for online digital assets and product listing, co-working with brand marketing team, studio, and TP to make sure smooth operation.
61 Content marketing management – Fully communicate with brand Marketing team, to enhance content marketing operation includes MCN on EC and others digital contents.
61 Ecommerce marketing campaign assistant - Co-working with operation team and brand marketing team for creative brand campaign to fight for TMALL branding resources, such as super brand day etc.
61 Align the objectives and creative concepts of each project cross functionally to ensure qualified content creation.
61 Work with HQ to manager project timeline and deliverables. Manager the global campaign local adaption (if necessary)
61 Conduct trend and market study to reflect content trends.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL
61 Minimum 5 years related E-commerce/Marketing in house experience in Retail or Cosmetics industry
61 Sound know how on performance & ecommerce marketing tactics (e.g. Tmall paid traffic tools)
61 The ideal candidate will be a well-seasoned person with experience of TP/ paid traffic management agency or brand assistant who operates paid traffic & performance marketing.
61 They will specialize in paid traffic strategy, execution and agency management.
61 Experienced in marketing with Design bases
61 Proven record of developing Mainland China marketing plan and communication programs
