职位描述
工作职责 Responsibilities:
- 负责自动门业务南区的渠道销售工作;
- Responsible for channel sales in the South District of the automatic door business
- 负责支持大区销售经理制定经销商政策,包括经销商发展策略、发展目标、产品定价策略等。
- Be responsible for supporting national sales manager to formulate dealer policies, including dealer development strategy, development goal and product pricing strategy, etc.
- 设定所负责区域短期(一年)和长期(三年)的渠道业务发展策略和行动计划,规划区域内经销商在地域和行业的布局
- Set up short-term (one-year) and long-term (three-year) channel business development strategies and action plans for the region in charge, and plan the regional and industry distribution.
- 拓展开发代理商和分销商,并建立完整有效的渠道销售系统;
- Expand and develop agent and distributors, and establish a complete and effective channel sales system
- 根据经销商不同的发展阶段,设定销售目标,并协助达成预算目标;
- Set sales targets according to different development stages of dealers and assist in reaching budget targets
- 培训并管理代理商以及分销商业务;
- Educate and manage business of agents and distributors
- 开发核心客户并维持良好关系;
- Weekly reporting of customer visits and project advancement reports
- -每周上报客户拜访报告和项目推进报告
- Develop key customers and maintain good relationships
- 负责新渠道开发工作,包括但不限于机器保护门、超大门或洁净室等应用场景;
- Explore and develop new channels, including but not limited to the application scenarios such as MP, mega door, or cleaning room
- 制定市场推广计划和市场活动,如展会,研讨会等;
- Develop market promotion plan and marketing activities such as exhibition, seminars, etc.
- 负责对竞争对手的产品分析,包括但不限于产品功能,销售策略,营销战略,销售数据分析等;
- Responsible for the analysis of competitors' products, including but not limited to product functions, sales strategies, marketing strategies, sales data analysis, etc.
- 收集市场信息和需求,协调销售,市场和产品开发部门之间的沟通;
- Collect market information and needs, coordinate communication between sales, marketing and product development departments
- 其他上级经理安排的任务。
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
任职要求 Requirements:

- 有三年以上渠道销售经验,有自动门行业或工业项目经验优先;
- No less than 3-year experience in channel sales, automatic door business is preferred
- 具备良好的销售能力;
- Good sales skill
- 具备良好的沟通协调和管理能力;
- Communication and management skill
- 客户导向;
- Customer oriented
- 本科或以上学历,机械或电气自动化相关专业优先;
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering related major
- 良好的英文水平和计算机技能优先;
- Good English and computer skill is a preference
- 接受经常出差;
- Be able to frequent travel
- 独立自主;
- Independent
