工作内容: 1, Report to HR Manager / 向人事部经理报告工作. 2, Periodically finish salary calculation, input, payment,CDP system and salary cost analysis. Guided by headquarter, finish the annual salary adjustment work.每月定期完成工资薪酬统计、发放、CDP系统导入、工资成本简要分析等工作。和总部一起,按时完成每年薪酬调整工作。 3, Responsible for announce the recruitment information, organize the recruitment activity, notify the candidates and follow up. 协助人事经理做好日常招聘信息发布,招聘组织安排,人员筛选推荐和记录工作。 4, Responsible for training work, Arrange well the new colleague’s HR training, company policy training internally, record and track the result. Attend the business training organized by tax bureau and labor bureau.做好工厂HR相关的培训工作,如新人入职培训,定期公司政策培训,记录并跟踪培训效果。参加人社局和税务局等业务对口单位业务培训,将培训业务运用到日常工作中。 5,Assist HRM to finish the work performance management and appraisal result.协助人事经理做好绩效考核评估工作。 6,Successfully fulfill other assignments by company leader, 完成上级领导交代的其他工作。
