Position Purpose: Lead and manage the marketing activities development for the target channel and end users of China market with two subordinates, including general marketing specialist and digital marketing specialist.
Position Responsibilities: 61 Short, middle and long-term marketing strategy and action plan design, implementation and improvement. Marketing investment budget making and implementation according to the company business plan and marketing strategy. Marketing investment ROI target reached. 61 Monitoring the competition (technology, prices, trade channels, regions) and market demands survey and analysis to support the product, sales, service and marketing strategy development and improvement. 61 Expansion and maintenance of user and dealers contacts and build up Customer Relationship Management system. 61 Professional change management, in particular for business parameters and marketing plan implementation. 61 Team management and improvement.
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes 61 Excellent Microsoft office skills with presentation and data analysis. 61 In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of digital marketing, graphic design, sales concept, fairs. 61 Knowledge & experience in durable consumer goods, hand tools, power tools, electrician stuffs and so on. 61 Good skill in communicating and managing marketing activities’ suppliers. 61 Good command of English and communication skills besides local language 61 Team collaboration, leadership, and strong sense of ownership 61 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects/priorities. 61 Mindset of continuous improvement and change management.
Education and Experience 61 Bachelor’s Degree with specialization marketing, advertisement, design. 61 8+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing in relevant industry.
