The Sr.manufacturing engineer is responsible for the defined work or project with moderate complextity.In this role, he/she will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short term objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning: 此资深生产制造工程师将会负责中等难度的项目，他/她将会按照主管制定的工作 内容制定每日工作计划，达成目标。对于生产线出现的问题将会采取立即改进措施，他/她的工作内容包括但不限于以下几项： 1. Work with multi-function team to support ICP manufacturing , manage the tranfer or NPI project from oversea sites. 与相关部门合作支持ICP生产运营，管理从海外转移的新项目 2. Develop investment and expense needs, driving from preparing for approval to completion. 制定合理生产预算并提交至审核完毕 3. Develop manufacturing process for NPI, document process change,driving process/tooling improvments,driving lead time improvement, cost of quality(COQ), and EHS actions. 制定产品工艺流程，定制产品工艺文件，设计工装治具来缩短生产制造时间，降低不良率，以及协同配合EHS相关活动。 4. Provide technical support and guidance to production for engineering issues.对于产线发生的缺陷和不良，提供技术帮助 5. Manage all techincal aspect of the ECO process into production organization. 管理、执行工程变更 6. Ensure new process have adequately demonstrated specified process and test control capabilities, through being the champoin for the PFMEA, DFM. 通过使用PFMEA，DFM工具来验证生产制造工艺和相关制程和测试的稳定性 7. Participate in LEAN activities,engage 6 Sigama tools for process improvements to reduce costs and manufacturing lead time. 参加精益生产，6西格玛相关活动，改善制程，减少浪费 8. Design necessary fixtures and tooling for NPI and for process improvements. 设计合理工装治具，提高稳定性，提高良率。 9. Manage mutiple projects by providing scheduling,resource management, budget control and EHS compliance. 制定相关项目计划，配合领导完成人员、成本、安规方面的要求 10. Traning to the produciton team based on working instrucitons and previous quality issues. 为生产制造部门提供必要的操作指导培训 11. The ability to work independently and be able to communicate with multi-function and management effectivbely is required. 能独立完成工作，并且能有效的和国内外的相关部门进行有效沟通 12. Other engineering related tasks assigned by his/her manager 其他领导安排的相关工作。 职位要求： More than 7 years work experience related 7年以上相关工作经验 Good Lean manufacturing and process knowledge 良好的精益生产和工艺知识 Demonstrated problem solving skills 解决问题的能力 Good project management skills 良好的项目管理技能 Prefer to be familiar with FDA/ISO13485/TS16949 quality system regulations 熟悉FDA / ISO1385/TS16949质量体系法规
