Principal Accountabilities: 61 Works with Head of Intermediaries & Senior Manager, Corporate, to identify possible leads from China, interested to using corporate services offered by Hawksford for the purpose of their international expansion. 61 Acts as the dedicated contact person for handling inquiries from businesses from the Greater China region. Provide such possible customers with tailored proposals, detailing business setup timeframe and requirements in jurisdictions serviced by Global Solutions and Hawksford Singapore. 61 Assists the Head of Intermediaries to develop a network of intermediaries in China and overseas that are likely to become a source of referral work. 61 Liaise with Global Solutions’ subcontractors to timely obtain the above information whenever required. Can furthermore conduct research in an autonomous manner to identify reliable sources of information for answering leads’ queries (eg. regulations over foreign investment, doing business surveys, setup guides). 61 Connects with such customers & intermediaries, primarily via WeChat. 61 Can project-manage business setup, licensing & accounting and tax engagements for the customers that engage Hawksford for the facilitation of their international expansion. Skills and Experience 61 Has an excellent command of Mandarin & English, written and verbal as required to work closely with the Chinese Market. 61 Has a tertiary degree, preferably in i) accounting ii) business iii) economics or iv) law. 61 Has relevant professional experience of at least 3 years, preferably in the corporate services industry and on a sales role related to China. Demonstrated good understanding of Chinese culture and business practises. 61 Detail-oriented, with good research and planning skills. 61 Works well within a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-cultural team.
