Technical Lead Requirements
61This technical lead should be responsible for the following (not limited to):
61Entire team’s deliverables and quality of work
61Handle resource assignment and work scheduling
61Report two weeks ahead for any team member to take Vacation/Annual leave and arrange coverage such that business is not impacted
61New team member’s screening, onboarding, training, off-boarding and regular check-ins
61Initial triage for any project related escalations
61Monitor reports from each team member and provide Weekly Summary Report
61Gather feedback from Apple TDLs and cross functional teams
61Fill in the resource gap if someone on leave

Technical Requirements
61Experience of testing/verification/QA development
61Solid understanding of development lifecycles, software test and validation methodologies.
61Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Ruby, shell scripts etc
61Familiarity operating Unix-like operating systems and working in the shell
61Able to support engineering team with triage, debugging and validation of software issues
61Experience in working in software build tools, CI/CD integrations, deployment process and code quality checking tools
61Excellent interpersonal skills, clear technical communications, self-motivated and responsible
61Working proficiency on English communication
61(Nice to Have) Championing quality efforts beyond test execution, including collaborating with test automation engineering teams, product management teams, and engineering program teams.
