RESPONSIBILITIES As our Assistant Social & Advocacy Manager, you are responsible for Lancaster. Your main focus: End to end marketing campaign planning and execution 86 Understand China beauty market dynamics with implication to develop assigned marketing campaigns. 86 Identify local consumer relevant product USP and communication message and plan for 360 marketing communication mix including ATL and BTL programs. 86 Lead the planning and execution with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaign activities. 86 Track the key launches performance and adjust the execution plan accordingly to secure the result delivery. 86 Closely work with channel partners to support business needs 86 Manage official social accounts on RED/weibo/wechat/douyin and explore new opportunities for consumers/fans relationship cultivation, in respect of content creation, consumer engagement, and experiential event.
