Company activity coordination: 1、 Provide support on HSE initiatives in RT China offices from Beijing including Office HSE Inspection, HSE Committee Team Meeting, Monthly HSE Meeting, HSE Training etc.; 2、 Liaise with building management office to facilitate the fire drill activity on regular basis; 3、 Provide various onsite support for company events.
Office service and administration: Provide professional support and service to Rio Tinto Beijing office including but not limited to: 1、 Front desk management; 2、 Receive and deal incoming calls in a polite and professional manner responsively; 3、 Greet, receive and guide visitors in a polite and professional manner with further interaction with host employees in a standardized process; 4、 Conduct visiting registration and ‘Company Safety Induction’ for all visitors in the first instance; 5、 Manage courier service with pigeonhole, newspaper/magazines subscription; 6、 Provide support on liaison with building management office on visitor access management; 7、 Assist the liaison with building management office on pandemic prevention measures; 8、 Monitor the office supplies to make sure the supplies are continuously reliable (eg. PPE, stationery, coffee, water etc.); 9、 Monitor states of office facilities and equipment to ensure well in use (eg. Furnitures, meeting room facilities, office appliances etc.) ; 10、 Organize vendor receipts and arrange payment requests in SAP following the global process together with working out the cost allocation; 11、 Support the monthly reporting and analysis work; 12、 Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
