Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: (1) Accomplish sales goals. 84 Ensure safety supply: closely follow related contacts of OEM for their monthly demand with accuracy, update sales forecast in time. 84 Achieve Sales Target: Seize chances to expand the business and aware of the business loss risk. 84 Lead annual price negotiation. 84 Invoice the delivered goods and follow the payment per agreed timing. (2) Keep long-term relationship and obtain new project. 84 Regularly visit OEMs to strengthen good relationship and to follow up client movements on new RFQs and undergoing projects. 84 Follow up competitor’s movements. 84 Prepare and report proposals for the quotations on targeted project, to obtain new project business. 84 Coordinate internal resource for new project bidding, monitor the progress from Technical and Quality part. 84 Follow up new project bidding progress, collect information related. (3) Approach targeted new OEMs 84 Keep contact with new OEMs at appropriate timing, get RFQ and Make quotation. 84 Coordinate internal resource and lead other departments to proceed technical and qualification issues. 84 Deal with contracts or agreements evaluation, negotiation and signing. (4) Deal with internal daily affairs. 84 Report to managers, including but not limited to developing presentations and proposals when needed. 84 Work closely with other departments to convey OEM needs and provide professional services. 84 Solve problems and overcome obstacles with positive attitude. Job Requirements: 61 Bachelor degree or above. 61 More than 3 years working experience as OE Sales or Project management of automobile Parts. 61 Goot at PPT & EXCEL to better accomplish daily work. 61 Acceptation of regular business trip. 61 Ability to work under pressure, full-time agility on the changes from external and internal which could impact the business. 61 Must be proficient in both writing and speaking in English. Other language(s) would have added advantage.
