Merchandiser Responsibilities: - Provide merchandising support to the team - Confirm order information with supplier in time after receiving customer's order. Generate and issue Purchase Order and Sales proforma invoice to suppliers or customers - Maintain integrity of purchase, sales and delivery issues independently - Close monitoring and daily updating the master order status report - Deal with complaint issues and back to team leaders timely. - coordinate with Supply Chain Supervisor and team for shipment and delivery arrangement and provide shipping documents to customer. - Handle supplier payment and push payment from customer. - Deal with other jobs from team leader.
Requirements - Degree or above - Minimum 2 years in Merchandising experience, CET 4, worked in foreign-owned enterprise an advantage - Well-versed in computer application, MS word & Excel - Good communication skill in English and Mandarin - Pro-active, detail-minded, matured, well organized, independent, can work under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy, energetic, team spirit with good interpersonal and communication skills - Immediately available is preferred
