WuXi Biologics is seeking a professional Marketing Campaign Manager with creative thinking and rich marketing experience in building brand awareness and generating quality leads to drive business growth. The campaign Manager is a key member of the integration communication team responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns based on segments/BU to gain new customers and build repeat business and offers to include value proposition, messaging, communication plan, and audience/segment setup. Working closely with the internal stakeholders, e.g. strategic, BU&BD, and digital teams to execute full campaign flows across multiple channels cohesively.
Here are some duties and responsibilities of a Campaign Manager: l Develop cost effective China and APAC marketing plans and goals for the solutions and services to be promoted, maintaining the marketing budget and ensuring a return on investment. l Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing strategy and plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. l Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging online channels(e.g. social media, webinar, etc.)to identify, acquire customers and engaging with customers on different channels. l Establish relationships with influencers to develop a strong KOL and industry media network in China and APAC. l Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders to transform business pain points into effective marketing communication strategies and opportunities. l Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, and compile regular reports of channels and communication programs performance and results. l Participate in or execute other tasks based on changes in company strategy or the overall environment.
Campaign manager job requirements: l Bachelor’s degree in Biopharmaceutics/marketing/communication or its equivalent. l Experience as a China and APAC social media manager or marketing manager role l Post-graduation or experience in the Bio-pharmaceutical industry is preferred l Minimum 5 years of experience in managing marketing activities in a similar industry l Ability to manage multiple events and campaigns at the same time l Must possess excellent communication and management skills l Must have strong problem-solving and numerical skills along with critical thinking ability and a pleasant personality
