职位描述
Scope of Job:
As Event Supervisor of Entertainment team within Operations, you will be
responsible for supporting event manager in the successful delivery of all types of events across the resort, and will be fully committed to the planning, preparation, execution and administrative support of all types of events. In addition, you need to communicate with other Lines of Business and 3rd party vendors to coordinate different tasks and activities, ensuring a better experience for guests and achieve goals.
Main Responsibilities
1. Event Planning
- Bring ideas and insights to LEGOLAND SHANGHAI RESORT’s event initiatives.
- Present ideas as well taking and acting upon constructive feedback.
2. Event Execution
- You will generally assist Event Manager for the organization, execution and completion of events, which includes support in managing relevant team, setting targets and deadlines, ensuring process stay on track and on budget, monitoring manpower and scheduling and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.
- You will assist and manage the smooth operation of different event offerings and festive celebratory offerings with resort-wide décor, show elements, guest interactive activities and building experiences.
- You will assist Event Manager for on-site and offsite event execution, basic cue calling (as needed), integration and supervision of all event elements.
- You will assist the Event Manager in rehearsal preparation in all in-field coordination for events.
- You will work closely with other teams within Operations like creative, show operation and education team to offer our Guests the opportunities to see festive or seasonal shows and characters, enjoying special building experience and offerings.
- You will assist in creating a safe environment for Guests and Model Citizens and maintain adherence to the Operating and Safety Guidelines.
3. Cross Function Communication, Coordination and Integration
- You will be required to provide support and assist in the implementation of the program integration with other LOBs.
- You will integrate the work of all relevant operating departments of LEGOLAND SHANGHAI RESORT, coordinate the work of internal and external organizations, and ensure the smooth development of the event.
- You will be required to support the preparation of event presentations and related materials to support the execution of various events, and in this way to promote the cooperation and integration of events.
- You will participate in cross-departmental meetings and discussions, and assist in the development and tracking of action plans and mission updates to ensure the success of the event.
- Proactively source and develop relationships with relevant parties.
4. Vendor Management
- Direct event executions with external vendor partners (in the field of design, production, installation…) while always delivering excellence.
- Supervise on-site work performance and progress of vendors.
- Arrange relevant work such as vendor registration, safety training, seasonal/annual vendor performance review as needed.
- Proactively source vendors and manage vendor pool.
5. Administrative work and others
- You will assist the Event Manager in preparing and coordinating logistical, technical, financial, and scheduling elements of an event.
- You will support meeting arrangements, organize teleconferences based on need, including video conferences and face to face meetings.
- You will help to coordinate or prepare meeting materials including but not limited to presentations and reports with high quality and timely fashion.
- You will assist with meeting notes and project communication.
- You will compile documentation and distributes to relevant parties.
- You will handle event relevant payments.
- You will coordinate domestic and overseas travel needs, including travel planning, transportation, accommodation, visa documentation, etc.
- You need to perform other projects as required.
6. Health & Safety
Managers/supervisors are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their team, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees in their teams are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.
Job Requirements

- Able to work independently, be responsible for related events assigned by your leader.
- Able to oversee and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
3. Communication and management skills
- Able to interact effectively with other Lines of Business, staff and 3rd parties.
- Able to supervise and set a high standard of management on external vendors.
- Possess strong and effective organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills with a good command of team work.
- Demonstrate influencing and negotiating skills.
4. Work experience and academic qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in Event Management or equivalent of Entertainment field with good working experience in multinational companies.
- Theme Park experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of show production.
- Experience in organizing inter-departmental meetings and discussions.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
- Be proactive and passionate at your job.
5. Office skills
- Possess good computer skills, including but not limited to Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook.
6. Language Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, spoken and written).

1. 高铁:上海虹桥站至金山北站(20分钟)+金山北站至办公室(5分钟)车程;
2. 班车:
浦东线:自龙阳路地铁站出发,途径秀沿路地铁站后抵达。
金山朱泾线:自金龙新街塘园路出发,覆盖朱泾镇大部分小区后抵达。
金山石化线:自金山百联出发,途径金山万达后抵达。
