Main duties:
61 Ensures timely and qualitative preparation of technical specifications and requisitions in coordination with other disciplines.
61 Contributes to optimization of material quantities by proposing value engineering solutions.
61 Ensures contractual technical specifications are met by the suppliers.
61 Ensures proper communication with vendors and technical follow up of the orders.
61 Adheres to the committed ***/hours and budget.
61 Ensures timely internal and external reporting on engineering / requisitioning activities to the Lead Discipline Engineer.
61 Meets quality and HSE objectives of the project.
61 Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.
61 Provides assistance to Discipline Department Manager in various departmental activities.
