PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. Successful experience of New Business Innovation / Incubation from 0 to 1 mandatory
2. Experience in licensing business model, vocational education, e-commerce, and partnership / M&A is preferred
3. Master degree preferred, bachelor degree minimum preferably with major in commercial etc.
4. Good communication and co-ordination ability
5. Hands on, well-organized and patient
6. Strategical thinking
7. Deep understanding in marketing approaches for brand awareness and leads generation
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently;
9. Proficient in office software, in particular Excel and statistics skill and analysis.
10. Quick learning and good time management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Develop and execute the annual New Business Development (NBD) plan which supports the strategic growth priorities for China in partnership with China GM…
2. Monitor and control implementation of all NBD pipelines and ensure adherence to budget, perform ROI analysis on all campaigns
3. Drive new business development for Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing (Industrial), identify new business sub-segments’ market value and dynamics in key customer landscape, then development new business implementation strategies
4. Define target fields of licensing and develop licensing revenue streams in China according to SBD processes.
5. Integrate SBD internal resources, develop tools and equipment portfolio into training modules and establish SEF value in vocational education channels.
6. Develop e-commerce strategy and livestreaming solutions to promote SBD portfolio.
7. Implement partnerships in China to fulfill customer demands locally, create and execute demand creation programs to generate leads and drive new opportunities into the pipeline with partnership
8. Responsible for the whole customer journey in NBD segments.
9. Strengthening Stanley value proposal in new business modeling, and accelerating customer decision making / buying process
10. Build strong working relationships with partners and agencies
