Online Trading & Sales Planning 61 In depth analysis of trade and site performance from different perspectives 61 Propose digital trading actions and promotion mechanisms to maximize online sales 61 Leverage analytical tools like GA, Youshu,,,to share business insights with digital team 61 Undertake regular competitive analysis and digital industry trends 61 Support digital retail manager on sales budget planning and forecast on weekly and monthly basis in order to provide better understanding of digital sales projections and potentials. 61 Manage digital promotion calendar with various channels like voucher, GWP, membership points…
Digital Operation 61 Review and propose pick and pack logic for digital orders 61 Upgrade digital shopping experience through excellent delivery service or special package during selected moments 61 Ensure the efficiency of SOP for digital operation from order fraud management , P&P (pick and pack), delivery, to refund and return phases. 61 Optimize the metric of pick fail rate and return rate to maximize digital sales
Performance Reporting 61 Work with digital retail manager to ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales report can be delivered in a timely manner. 61 Provide analysis and insights on post-mortems for digital campaigns 61 Communicate digital sales performance by markets, by clients, by Bus, to find any sales opportunities and risks. 61 Prepare and review all digital operation related reports like pick and dispatch performance report on regular basis to ensure the customer experience is up to our standard 61 Close work with digital retail, digital merchandising, digital production, digital communications, Merchandising Planning and Allocation, Client Service Centre, Logisitcs and Warehouse team to deliver digital sales and better client experience.
Requirements: 61 Minimum 3-4 years work experience in digital, ecommerce, operation management, trading, logistics related field. 61 Very good at web analytics tools 61 Excellent in Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI 61 Good communication skill 61 Collaborative and good team player
