Job Description of Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Reponsible for driving fire panel, by overseeing its development, understanding the market and customer need, prioritizing features, and effectively communicating with various teams and stakeholders.

- Have a deep understanding of fire safety market, the target audience, and the industry in which the solution will be positioned.

- Responsible for gathering and analyzing feedback from customers and internal teams (Technical department and R&D teams in China/Europe) to continuously improve the product.

- Responsible to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, to have the solutions better fulfilled in Chinese market


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering/ Instrument Control/ Automation or related field.

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) with marketing or technical leadership roles in fire safety field.

- Deep understanding of fire safety regulations and standards in China, with experience navigating regulatory requirements and obtaining certifications.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with our technical/business/R&D teams in China and Europe.

- Strong problem-solving skills, to provide business solutions that cover the analysis of core elements of technology, competitors’ analysis, feasibility plans, etc

- Fluency in English is required.
