* Develop and implement district business plans according to the regional sales strategy and plan; lead the sales team to promote products and achieve sales targets; * Organize and implement market activities in linewith sales & marketing strategies, ensure compliance and quality of activities; * KOL network maintenance by regular visits; * Regional competitive products information feedback; * Qualified sales representatives recruitment and give them adequate guidance; * Counsel, follow-up and coach the representatives regularly, make stage working plan and put them into practice; * District cost allocation and control.
任职要求
* Bachelor degree of medicine or related major; * More than 5 years pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience, basic/good English communication skills; * Organization capacity, interpersonal skills, communication skills, creativity, adaptability, insight, team management capabilities.
