WHAT YOU’LL DO This person will join China digital marketing team and actively lead to building up Dongmen Community from strategic planning and execution so as to own and enhance Dongmen trend as well as grow brand awareness and drive desire for our brand and products. You should partner with both online and offline function teams to articulate priorities, opportunities and build long term communications that ensure overall consistent strategy.
Key Responsibilities 1. You are responsible for bring Dongmen community program into life which can support to accumulate brand advocates, expand brand awareness. 2. Drive and lead to deliver annual community strategies that can effectively reflect growth plans. 3. Provide insights, inspirations and inputs to plan impactful community initiatives. 4. Implement and flawlessly execute community communication plan along the year. 5. Ensure to target Dongmen fans and filter suitable cooperations of fashion, lifestyle and urban sports KOLs and KOCs. 6. Strategically integrate with GTM, Collab, QTM campaign and leverage celebrity and influencer resources to build Dongmen community. 7. Track and measure performance of tactics and reactive actions to consecutively articulate and optimize the results of our community work. 8. Work with multiple function teams to develop comprehensive communications, including CRM integration in partnership with CRM team, offline workshops with Retail marketing team, etc. 9. Establish strong relationships and manages activities/works with external agency partners, including community, influencer, media agencies, 10. Evaluate agency’s performance by setting clear objectives and expectations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE 1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related field 2. More than 5 years of marketing experience with digital/social focus with famous fashion/retail brands in a foreign company. 3. Solid experience working on large-scale projects and initiatives. 4. Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment. 5. Excellent at aesthetic judgement. 6. Strong digital and social media understanding and content creation acumen. 7. Strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution. 8. Consumer experience with a youthful, cutting edge, influential brand. 9. Proven experience developing and driving digital initiatives from inception to execution. 10. Innovative and strategic thinker with data analytical mindset, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis. 11. Strong agency management ability. 12. Open-minded and good team working spirit. 13. Strong influencing skill. 14. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 15. Willing to take challenge. 16. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
